Using the store

Product information

We take reasonable care when preparing product descriptions and images. Measurements are approximate, and color can vary with lighting, screen settings and production batches. If a material, size or construction detail is important to your decision and is not clearly stated, contact us before ordering.

Prices and availability

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the storefront or at checkout. Availability may change. If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will contact you and refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

Orders

An order is subject to acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order where information is incomplete, a price or inventory error is apparent, payment cannot be authorized, fraud is suspected, or these terms have been breached. If we cancel after taking payment, we will refund the cancelled amount.

Payment

Shipping and returns

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Charles Nicolas is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Any liability directly connected with a product order is limited to the amount paid for that order, except where a different remedy is required by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection that applies where you live.
